Accommodation
The 2C's has three separate units:
Wombat's Retreat Cost: $95 per double/per night plus $25 per person extra
This is a self-contained cabin with separate bedroom with ensuite, lounge/kitchen area with covered outside area. It has a queen sized bed with wool doona and electric blanket. The kitchen has everything you need with your own stove, microwave, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities. The cabin also has reverse cycle heat pump, austar, ironing facilities inside and outside eating area.
Water Views Cost: $85 per double/per night plus $25 per person extra
This unit is upstairs and has a large bedroom with queen sized bed with wool doona, electric blanket and ensuite bathroom. The view from this unit is magnificient, taking in the view of Cygnet Bay.
The kitchen/lounge area contains fridge, microwave and tea and coffee facilities. The unit has electric heating for your comfort. A barbeque with gas hot plate is available should you wish to cook. Ironing facilities are also available.
Family/Friends Unit Cost: $100 per double/per night plus $25 per person extra
This unit is downstairs. It is the largest of our units and can sleep comfortably 7 people.
The main bedroom contains a queen size bed, a single bed, all with wool doonas, electric blankets and ensuite. The entrance area has a double bed with electric blanket and wool doona. There is a separate lounge room with a futon which can become another double bed. Extra linen is provided.
The lounge room has water views, library and austar with double glass doors onto a balcony overlooking Cygnet Bay. There is a separate kitchen with full cooking facilities - electric stove, microwave, fridge, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities.

Cygnet is the perfect location to base your Southern Tasmanian holiday. With historic buildings, orchards, vineyards, cafes and art galleries a plenty, you can spend days exploring, bush walking, fishing or just relaxing without travelling more than a few kilometres from your room. For day trips further afield, head out to Bruny Island, the Tahune Forest Airwalk, Hastings Caves, Salamanca Market and many other tourist destinations in the Huon Valley.
